Pricing for specialist disability accommodation, also referred to as SDA, is the latest item set to be reviewed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Announced by the Minister for the NDIS, Bill Shorten, on 22 August 2022, the review “will evaluate the impact of current NDIS, prices on supply and demand. Set new SDA prices will guide market investment to areas that will most benefit people with disabilities that need SDA housing over the next five years.”
