Integrate Disability Solutions was founded by two highly experienced support workers. After many years of working in the industry, we grew tired of feeling like our clients were being treated as just a number or a dollar value by the companies we worked for. Likewise, we could see a growing trend of providers trying to make their clients fit to their model of service, rather than modifying their service delivery to meet the needs of the clients.
So, instead of dreaming of the day the industry would be better, we just decided to try our best to make it better.
At Integrate, our core vision is to promote the integration and inclusion of disability, supporting people who are differently abled to develop increased skills and confidence to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We aim to work directly with each of our clients to structure and deliver their support in a way that meets their individual needs.
It sounds like a simple enough vision, but it was one we felt was becoming increasingly overlooked in an increasingly saturated market of disability service providers.
We wanted to operate a business that on any given day, a client could call our office, and speak to an owner or director, rather than someone who didn’t know them, their needs, or care about their welfare. So that’s what we did. We’re big believers that staying connected to the community is a vital component of life. That’s exactly why we created Integrate Disability Solutions!
