Accessible Adventures (Outings)

Social group outings through your NDIS plan

When it comes to navigating group outings, we understand that certain circumstances can make it difficult for you to participate in social activities. But it doesn’t have to be so difficult!

Do you have a list of activities that you want to try? Not sure where to start? Our group outings are centred and designed around you, ensuring that you get the most out of life by doing more of what you enjoy! Whether you are looking to build new skills, make new friends, or just looking for a new adventure, we’re here to help you get out there and try new things.

Learning and developing social skills through group outings

Socialising is an important aspect of life but can often be scary! We work with you to ensure you feel supported to get out in your local community through our group outings.

Our assisted group outings provide you with an opportunity to socialise and develop new skills while participating in a range of activities. The best part – we can tailor outings that meet your specific interests and needs.

Our group outings give you an opportunity to make new friendships, socialise, try new things and build confidence all while in a supported environment.

Encouraging you to live your best life!

Capacity building is an important aspect of navigating life’s challenges. During our group outings, we guide you through and assist you with all the relevant steps to make sure that you get the most out of your outing. From planning healthy lunches to assisting you to manage your money; whatever it is you need assistance with and would like to improve in.

In line with your NDIS plan and goals, our carers will take you out into the community, usually in small groups, to get out there and have fun!

Whether you want to have a day at Dreamworld, a trip to Australia Zoo, or a picnic in the park, we will organise the day so that all you need to worry about, is having fun!

Ready to meet new people, and have a day full of fun?
